Client Service Standards
Service standards are guidelines intended to ensure serving our clients in a prompt, reliable, courteous, and fair manner. To this end, we make the following commitment.
Availability
- Communicate in the official language of the client's choice.
- Provide service during regular business hours, from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM (Eastern Time).
- Ensure availability of GeoGratis Web site 90% of the time, on a monthly basis, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Promptness
- Respond to inquiries within 2 working days. If applicable, follow up on request within the period agreed with the user.
Client services are reviewed and improved on a regular basis, by taking into account feedback received from customers.
