This Polychrome legend (pdf, 1,607 KB) depicts the topographic symbols found on 1:50,000 scale National Topographic System (NTS) maps published by Natural Resources Canada (NRCan). These symbols are defined according to the NTS Polychrome Map Standards and Specifications Version 2.0 of October 2001. For more information on these symbols, please consult Cartographic Standards and Specifications.
